We offer 24/7 Customer Support for all of our customers. Your happiness and satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Our policies last 28 calendar days. If 28 calendar days have gone since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a return or refund.

For any after-sales issues, please contact us through support@rubybestdeals.com first and we will offer you a solution based on your case.

Once you email us about the return & refund issue, we will response you within 48h on business day. Please check your spam/junk inbox if you haven't received a reply within 48h.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This means any item not in its original condition, used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

To return a purchase, please reach out to our Customer Support team first by sending an email through support@rubybestdeals.com. Please do not return any orders for uncommunicated reasons. You will need to get a confirmation via email from us before sending your product back.

Other important notes:

  • Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You must provide photo(s) of your item prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
  • For all returns, please pay the shipment fee.

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, products must be in "as new" condition and, if possible, with the original sealed packaging intact. Please note that if your product is sent with accessories, all accessories must be new and unopened to qualify for a refund.

Once your package is received and checked to verify that warranties are still valid, we will issue a full refund for all eligible product(s). Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be fully processed by your financial institution.

If you request a refund on a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer apply. The items you keep will revert to their current sale prices, and you will be refunded the difference. For example, if you bought a bundle of Product A and Product B for $90, and you decide to return Product B, and the current sale price of Product A is $54, your refund will be $90 - $54 = $36. This is just an example; the exact refund amount will be calculated when you request your refund. To initiate a refund, please email support@rubybestdeals.com.
