Our refund policy is valid for 28 calendar days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after 28 calendar days, we are unable to offer refunds.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours on business days. If you do not receive a reply within this time frame, kindly check your spam or junk folder.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including original packaging. You may open and inspect the product to determine whether it meets your expectations. Items that are not in their original condition, used, damaged, or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error) will not be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team by sending an email to support@rubybestdeals.com. Please do not return any items without prior communication and approval. You will need to receive confirmation from us via email before returning your product.

Additional important notes:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Please provide clear photos of the item to help us assess its condition before returning it.
  • Returns must be sent to one of our warehouses in China. As we have multiple warehouses, please ensure the product is sent to the correct one. We will provide the appropriate address based on your case.
  • The responsibility for covering return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
    • If the product is faulty, not working, or misdescribed, we will cover the return shipping costs.
    • If the defect arises from your own actions (resulting in the product being unsuitable or not performing as expected) and you wish to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, products must be in "as new" condition and, if applicable, with the original sealed packaging intact. If the product was shipped with accessories, all accessories must be unused and unopened in order to qualify for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or after we have received proof of return, whichever comes first.

If you request a refund for a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at their current sale prices, and you will be refunded the difference.

For example, if you purchased a bundle of Product A and Product B for $90, and you decide to return Product B, and the current sale price of Product A is $54, your refund will be calculated as follows: $90 (original bundle price) - $54 (current sale price of Product A) = $36 refund.
